Eligibility
- If a session has not yet started, you may request a full refund.
- If a tutor match is unsuitable, we'll first attempt a re-match before considering a refund.
- For ongoing plans, refunds apply to unused sessions on a pro-rata basis.
Non-refundable
- Completed tutoring sessions and delivered guidance materials.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session, except in genuine emergencies.

Our priority is a fair outcome. If you're unhappy with a decision, your dedicated advisor will review the case personally.
